Meditate with Karen

Solitude is a vital experience we require in order to grow and expand our consciousness. Being by yourself in quiet with no other distractions is one of the best ways to connect deeply with yourself, nature and your inner voice. Some personality types tend to have a resistance to meditation because of their focus of attention. 

However, solitude is a recommended practice for everyone and the more you don't want to do it, the more you will grow from the experience. Solitude is not about being closed down or putting up walls against intrusion. The kind of solitude that will help you grow and deepen is when you purposely choose to be by yourself in the silence. It is not about escaping, it is about stepping into something inviting. 

Create Your Daily Meditation as a Ritual

Rituals are a big key to success. Think about it, there are certain things that open you up your vibration and your consciousness and raise your energy and when you do these things consistently your manifesting results expand fast.

One of the most powerful tools to living in freedom is meditation. Unfortunately, many people have created excuses such as, "I don't have enough time", or "my mind is too busy" or "I don't know how to do it properly", or "this is boring".  This is the mind of the EGO and it does not want you to connect with the highest version of YOU!

Until then, I invite you to join me every day.  CHALLENGE YOURSELF to go beyond what everyone else is doing. 

Step One:  Begin a meditation ritual every day that works for you. Maybe it is 7 am or 9pm in the evening. Add "Meditation" to your Google calendar and set up a reminder.

Step Two:  Watch the video and meditate with me for 15 minutes every day. Once you have listened to the intro you can then fast forward to the meditation at 5:07.  My voice after the meditation is low as I want you to come back slowly. 

Step Three:  Make your meditation practice simple. It is all about sitting in silence and focusing on your breath.  Let your thoughts be what they are.  Just unplug and BE! It is about letting go of the resistance of "doing nothing".   Instead of focusing on the outer world you are  cultivating, exploring and igniting your inner world ~ this is where your power lies ~ The power to heal, the power to manifest, the power to be who you are meant to be.  

Forming any new healthy habit, requires practice. Eventually, your soul will draw you in and meditation (the act of sitting in silence) will become as natural as brushing your teeth.
